Eligibility:
Up to $500 to celebrate students earning an Associate and/or a Bachelor degree.
Funding for graduation application fees (if applicable), graduation attire (suit/tie, belt, dress, dress shoes), graduation regalia (cap, gown, tassel), and/or graduation photos/photography.
Other graduation-related items (ex: invitations, announcements, hair/make up, accessories) cannot be considered.
Documentation:
Students can submit one request for the total amount requested and upload cost documentation for all of the items they are requesting. Cost documentation is screen shots of the items they are interested in and costs.
OR
Students can submit partial requests for graduation expenses one at a time based on when they need to pay for each item. These requests will collectively count as one Focus Forward graduation expenses request, not to exceed a total of $500.
Example:
Students can submit a Focus Forward request to pay for their graduation application fee in January ahead of the application deadline.
Students can later submit another Focus Forward request (Graduation expenses – “Part 2”) for their regalia in April, etc.
Payment:
Paid by check payable to the vendor(s) or by online payment to the vendor(s).
