Eligibility:
AFFCF can consider funding a youth’s State ID or Birth Certificate for young adults age 18+. AFFCF cannot consider passports or travel IDs for youth regardless of age.

Payment:
Once a request is approved, an e-mail will be sent so then the purchase can be made and receipt(s) submitted for payment. The maximum amount AFFCF can consider funding is $25/state ID and $40/birth certificate.
