Eligibility:
AFFCF can consider funding for supplemental clothing and shoes. Requests for special event clothing or prom-related clothing are considered separate types of requests.
Documentation:
No documentation required beforehand.
Payment:
Once a request is approved, an email will be sent so that the purchase can be made and receipt(s) submitted for payment.
AFFCF can consider one application for supplemental clothing and shoes per child per year. We can process one reimbursement, so all the purchase receipts for the clothing and shoes must be provided to AFFCF at one time. As funding for supplemental clothing and shoes is once per calendar year, AFFCF must receive the receipt(s) within 60 days of request approval and by December 15 to have a check issued and count towards the current calendar year.
Ages 0-13 – $200
