Eligibility:
DCS funds up to $165 for summer school/intersession courses. AFFCF can only consider funding summer school if the $165 DCS maximum has been completely utilized and more funds are needed.
Documentation:
Documentation required beforehand showing the school name, date and cost for classes and that DCS funds were received and utilized.
Payment:
Once a request is approved, a check payable to company can be mailed or an e-mail will be sent so then the purchase can be made and receipt(s) submitted for payment. Frequency: 1X per year
