Eligibility:
AFFCF can consider funding for special event clothing (8th grade graduation, school dance, cultural event, etc.), which includes shoes and clothing. Requests for supplemental clothing or prom-related clothing are considered separate types of requests.
Documentation:
Documentation required beforehand to reflect details of the event (flyer, email, screenshot of website showing date of the event).
Payment:
Once a request is approved, an e-mail will be sent so the purchase can be made and the receipt(s) submitted for payment. The maximum amount AFFCF can consider for special event clothing is $150. Frequency: 1x/year
