Eligibility:
AFFCF can consider funding for a school yearbook for a K-12 student.
Documentation:
Documentation is required beforehand showing cost and vendor.
Payment:
Once a request is approved, a check payable to company can be mailed or an e-mail will be sent so then the purchase can be made and receipt(s) submitted for payment. The maximum AFFCF can consider funding for a K-12 school yearbook is $75. Frequency: 1x per year

- DCS – DCS provides an educational allowance up to $82.50/year for books, supplies, course fees, etc. Request the allowance from the child’s DCS Case Manager.
