AZ FOOD HANDLERS CARD

Eligibility:

AFFCF can consider funding a youth’s AZ Food Handlers Card for employment and/or volunteer purposes.

Documentation:

Documentation is required beforehand showing the cost and employment and/or volunteer requirements for a Food Handlers Card.

Payment:

Once a request is approved, an e-mail will be sent so that the purchase can be made and the receipt submitted for payment. The maximum amount AFFCF can consider for funding a Food Handler’s Card is $14.
