FOOD HANDLER’S CARD

Eligibility:

AFFCF can consider funding a youth’s Food Handler’s Card for employment and/or volunteer purposes.

Documentation:

Documentation is required beforehand showing cost and employment and/or volunteer requirement for a Food Handler’s Card.

Payment:

Once a request is approved, an e-mail will be sent so then the purchase can be made and receipt submitted for payment. The maximum amount AFFCF can consider for funding a Food Handler’s Card is $14.
