Eligibility:
AFFCF can consider funding a bus pass for a youth’s transportation to school and/or work. If youth is in high school, the youth should ask for a bus pass from their school counselor/social worker first.
Documentation:
Documentation is required beforehand, including cost documentation.
Payment:
Once a request is approved, an e-mail will be sent so that the purchase can be made and receipt(s) submitted for payment. The maximum amount AFFCF can consider funding for a bus pass is $68 age 19+, $36 age 18 and younger. Frequency: maximum 2 monthly bus passes per youth.
