Childhood Activities (0-20)
Being a child should be fun. Arizona Friends of Foster Children Foundation funds a variety of activities and items so that children in foster care can experience moments of joy like every other kid.
YOUR CHARITABLE DONATION CAN HELP
Eligibility
- Ages 0 – 17 years
The child must be a current adjudicated dependent ward of the court of Arizona. - Ages 18 -20 years
The youth must be in Extended Foster Care.
AFFCF confirms the youth’s status through their DCS or Tribal caseworker, or for older youth, their Extended Foster Care coach.
Who Can Apply for Funding
- Caregiver with Notice to Provider (licensed and kinship/unlicensed)
- Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA)
- Youth’s attorney
- DCS/Tribal Case Manager or EFC Coach
- Biological parent
- Youth/young adult currently in foster care
- Other support agency staff on youth’s designated care team (Ex: Arizona’s Children Association)
