On-line Submission. This is the fastest and simplest way to submit a simple grant application. A separate application is needed for each child and checks can only be paid to a single payee. Up to three items can be requested as long as the check is made payable to the same person/vendor. You will be given the opportunity to print a detailed receipt immediately after pressing the submit button. The foster parent will automatically be sent a copy of the grant request so please have an e-mail address for the foster parents.
