Data Collection
We collect two types of information:
- Standard Web server traffic pattern information. General traffic, site usage, and length of stay information is collected and stored in log files. This type of information is shared externally only on an aggregated basis.
- Personal information. We do not collect personally identifiable information from you unless you provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. If you volunteer, sign up for an event, submit a grant application or donate, for example, we may collect the following information: first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, e-mail address, and subject of inquiry.
Security
MemberClicks our form provider is committed to keep your data safe and you resting easy. Here are a few of the safeguards used:

Firewall protection
Protected by redundant enterprise class Cisco hardware. 24x7 security monitoring of firewalls by certified security technicians.

SSL encryption
128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) data encryption. All data related to Form Module is passed via SSL.

Data Center Security
All hardware and services are located in a secure data center (an ISO 9001:2000-certified provider) that is monitored onsite 24x7x365. Multiple security checkpoints must be cleared to gain access to data center. Closed-circuit television cameras record all data center activity.
Donations
If you choose to make a donation, we collect standard credit card information (card number, card type, expiration date) and keep a record of your financial transaction until the charge can be processed (usually several minutes). The number is not stored in any AFFCF database.
