Tips for a Faster Response
In order to receive the fastest response to your request, please complete all areas of the application. Applications that lack information will be returned to the applicant for completion.
The fastest way to submit and process your grant request is by completing an an online application.
The following items represent the most common reasons that an application is returned to the sender or unnecessarily delayed:
- Failure to provide complete adjudication date
- Failure to provide a caseworker's signature
- Failure to provide detailed information (such as flyers/brochures) and cost breakdown of all monies requested
- Incorrect email for the case worker on an on-line application form
AFFCF does not provide reimbursement for goods or services already purchased unless pre-approved. If pre-approval is needed contact the AFFCF prior to expense being incurred.
The Awards Committee reviews all applications, so please allow ten days for application processing.
If approved, purchase the item and mail back the original sales receipt to the AFFCF office. A reimbursement check will be issued in 4-5 business days.
