Why?

More than 800 young men and women will turn 18 and age out
of foster care in Arizona this year.  Without added support to help them find jobs or pursue their education, far too many will fall through the cracksAccording to the Jim Casey Youth Initiative, $300,000 is the amount young people aging out of foster care will cost taxpayers in future public assistance, incarceration costs, lost taxes and other expenses. With an intervention program like Keys to Success, we can help these young people learn to move beyond day-to-day survival and the circumstance of their past to achieve a brighter future.
